Hello, readers of Caffeine Driven Development!
I’m heading off to Italy tomorrow morning to go skiing. I will be back either very late Saturday the 26th or very, very early in the morning the 27th. So during that period you’re actually going to check your RSS reader yourself. Awwwww.
See you when I get back!
Kind regards,
David Trasbo

- The universe depends heavily on balance. That should also be an important ingredient of every aspect of our lifes.
- Science is useless without faith. Without it, we would be unable to believe the fact that we exist, which is what science tells us.
- Rules are useless unless you know when to break them. If the purpose of a rule doesn’t apply, the rule doesn’t apply.
- Traditions are good because they stop us from wasting time rethinking everything; but we should not let them limit ourselves.
- Being opinionated is a strength as long as you allow yourself to change your mind.
- Because we were born imperfect we cannot produce perfection. But that doesn’t stop us from being awesome.
- The answer to a heavily debated question often lies somewhere in between the two strongest opinions.
Do you have a principle or more you try keep in mind? Please do share; I’d like to hear them.

During tonight’s dinner my family members challenged each other to do just one pull up. “I bet you can’t even make one pull up.” Near the end everyone had been challenged, except for me. So just as I was about to leave the table, lightning stroke. “I bet you can’t make a single pull up.” So what’s the ultimate answer to that?
“Me too. Dinner was delicious”, I said while wandering casually out of the room.
As a sidenote, my sister was the only one conscientious enough to make the pull up.

Today I sat quietly with a cup of tea and read a magazine. Suddenly my younger brother sprinted through the room and it made a lot of noise. He claimed that he was trying to measure how fast he was running, (using his iPod Touch) but the results made no sense. I asked if I could have a look at’em. “Speed Test”, which he’d downloaded from App Store, was for measuring download and upload speed. It’s a true story.
