Guest house “Three Bears” is located in the Tula region, just 102 kilometers from Moscow. These are charming two-bedroom cottages that can accommodate from two to five people.

Panoramic windows, which offer magnificent views of the surrounding landscape, give a special comfort and at the same time make the rooms as if filled with life-giving forest air. Both rooms of each of the cottages – a living room and a bedroom, are equipped with soft and comfortable furniture, Internet access and satellite TV. Also in the living room there is an individual exit to the terrace, with a beautiful view of the pine and birch forest, filling the soul with peace and a sense of harmony. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen area for cooking, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine for convenience in the houses.
A fifteen-minute walk from the Guest house is the restaurant “Den”, where you can taste dishes of native Russian cuisine, and if you do not want to leave our cozy homes, you can always order food delivery directly to the house.
We offer a large amount of entertainment, both for outdoor enthusiasts and for those who are looking for tranquility and unity with nature. There is a ski base nearby, where in winter you can always rent snowmobiles, ATVs and skis, and in summer bicycles or just walk around the complex – there is a forest pond nearby. If you wish, you can always go fishing on the stocked pond, ride horses, do active sports, visit local attractions such as the Polenovo estate or the Rudnev Museum.
In the guest house you can use the services of a sauna or rent a house with its own sauna. Relaxing in the sauna will help your body, relieve stress and tension, bring inner harmony into balance.
Barbecue lovers will be especially happy to settle in our guest houses, because there are specially equipped barbecue areas near each house.
